I'm a certified personal trainer and fitness content creator based in Miami, Florida. For the past seven years, I've helped hundreds of people โ from complete beginners to competitive athletes โ build stronger bodies, develop healthier habits, and finally achieve the results they've been working toward.
But honestly? My journey didn't start from a place of confidence. I was an overweight teenager who felt uncomfortable in his own skin. I tried every crash diet and generic workout plan out there, and nothing worked โ not because I was lazy, but because nobody had ever taught me how to train and eat in a way that was sustainable for real life.
Everything changed when I found a mentor at 19 who showed me the basics: progressive overload, whole foods, consistent sleep, and patience. Within 18 months, I had lost 40 pounds, gained real muscle, and โ more importantly โ discovered a genuine love for movement and strength training that has never left me.
Why I Started Move With Marco
I created this platform because I know there are millions of people out there exactly where I was โ overwhelmed by conflicting fitness advice, frustrated by a lack of results, and unsure where to start. The fitness industry is full of noise: extreme diets, expensive supplements, and influencers selling overnight transformations that simply aren't real.
Move With Marco is different. Everything I share is grounded in exercise science and tested in real life โ with real clients who have jobs, families, stress, and busy schedules. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not consume it.
